The Asian Pacific Policy and Planning Council (A3PCON) is hosting an event with Director Goldberg in Historic Filipinotown to have a dialogue about the future of APIA ethnic enclave neighborhoods in Central Los Angeles, including Koreatown, Thai Town, Chinatown, Little Tokyo, and Historic Filipinotown.
