1. If
you haven't yet, register
by filing the form at a
public library or KRC before
Jan 22nd. You may also file
an absentee (vote-by-mail) application.
2.
Learn about candidates and propositions
from the easy
voter guide
If
voting by mail
3. Mail
your ballot before Feb 2nd - it
needs to arrive to the elections
office by Election Day (Feb
5th).
4. If you forget to
mail the ballot on time, you
can deliver the sealed envelope
at the polls on Election Day.

on change must be backed up by policy. These policies
need to provide a vision steering our society towards
change. In other words, talking about "change"
is meaningful insofar as it provides policies that address
the root causes of today's issues.

All
my year 2007 wishes - a better economy, humane immigration
reform, and an end to the war in Iraq - depended on
policy changes. Policy is voted by politicians but it
is the community who pressures them. If we merely wish
- and do not act - year 2008 will frustrate our wishes
again.

모든 기대는
정책과 결부된 사항들이다. 소매경기의 회복 이민법 개정
이라크전 종결은 정책의 변화가 우선되어야 한다. 정책추진의
주체인 정치인들의 손에 달린 문제지만 동시에 커뮤니티

likely to vote for candidates just because they look
